Employers will help you win the interview

One of our clients tells of her interview. After seven years at home raising her family, she was again looking for work. In the past, she had been an administrative manager and was looking for the same kind of job. She had applied for a job and was invited to the interview.

As soon as she walked in the door, the employers liked her. They were very nice to her and seemed to want her to do well at the interview so that she would get the job.

They were on her side.

After reading her resume, the employer could see that she was a great match for the job. The employers were hoping that she would do well at the interview. And indeed she did, with their help.

This can happen to you. While a good resume will get you to the interview, a great resume may move the employer to your side, helping you do well at the interview, helping you win the job.
